Achieving Individualized Outcomes through Relational Work and Evidence-Based Practices

Our Adolescent Intensive Program is designed for bright adolescent girls, ages 14-18, with a wide range of psychiatric and family issues including mood and anxiety disorders, attachment and traumatic stress disorders, self-injurious behaviors and disruptions in personality functioning.  This program complements our long-term residential program, also on campus, by offering a briefer treatment stay with intensive clinical care focused on stabilization and transition back to home.

Recommended length of stay is 3-5 months.

The Adolescent Intensive Program includes:

  • Individual, Family and Group Therapies
  • Psychiatric Services
  • 24- hour on-site Nursing Coverage and Milieu Programming
  • CBT, DBT and other evidence-based approaches
  • Academic Support and Services by Special Education Teacher
  • Expressive Therapy
  • Art Therapy
  • Yoga and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
  • Adventure & Recreation Programs
  • Land & Animal Programs
  • Individualized Treatment and Discharge Planning

Adolescent Intensive Program is supported through a patient’s out-of-network insurance or out-of-pocket pay.
