Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable Specialist
The Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting activities for the company, including but not limited to AR, Financial statements including income statement, cash flow statement & balance sheets, and budgets. The successful Bookkeeper/ Accounts Receivable Specialist is friendly, highly-organized, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, good natured, and has experience working closely with others.
Responsibilities:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions ensuring proper posting to the sub ledgers and the general ledger
• Preparing and posting of journal entries needed for financial statements and bank reconciliations
• Use QuickBooks Online to capture all key data and prepare and print reports
• Prepare consolidated financials and other financial reports
• Identify and correct accounting discrepancies
• Manage and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately

• Assist in preparation of budgets

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overall: The Clinical Director for Wellspring and the Arch Bridge School provides expert clinical direction and support across all programs and services while collaborating with dignity and respect. The Clinical Director provides leadership, inspiration and training in the provision, coordination and integration of psychiatric, clinical, therapeutic education, milieu, and other modalities in residential treatment and therapeutic education settings. Effectively supervises staff, supports good program morale and problem solves personnel issues effectively. Also, directs, supervises and manages a small outpatient (OP) counseling service, including: infrastructure, staff and interns, while holding a small OP caseload.
Specifics: Working under the supervision of the CEO and in relationship to the Management Team, the Clinical Director:
– Empowers, collaborates with, supervises, and supports the program leadership in directing, maintaining, developing, marketing, and enhancing the quality, relationships in and day to day operations of, admissions, residential & clinical programs, treatment interventions, treatment models, and the Arch Bridge School.
– Provides a senior level of professional clinical direction, supervision, interventions, trainings, and personal support for the overall agency, program directors, clinical supervisors, admissions, clinical, nursing, support, and milieu staff, clients, and programs.
– Provides 24/7 emergent support and problem solving for the agency, program leadership, programs, and staff, with ability to lead clinical programs in crisis and or in the absence of the program leadership.
– In relationship to the CEO, Coordinator of Organizational Excellence, and the Management Team, takes a leadership position with external regulatory and accrediting organizations and remains current and knowledgeable of all requirements.
– Is able to learn, model, teach, and mediate Wellspring’s foundational values and therapeutic approaches and interventions and to Wellspring’s staff, clients, parents, the professional community, donors, and the public, through dialogue, groups, writings, presentations, workshops, and other forms of public interface.
– Able to provide a positive physical presence across Wellspring’s milieu & programs, including but not limited to, school, land, animal, recreation, adventure, art, and culinary programming. Modeling enthusiasm, bravery, curiosity, kindness, civility, and a healthy work ethic.
– Able to lead, supervise and grow OP Services and develop interns and new staff as needed.
FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
A. Clinical Administration
-Reviews, monitors and develops programs for Quality, Best Practices, Evidenced Based Practices, Ethics, and Wellspring’s Treatment Philosophy, Values and Models.
-Guides the provision of clinical and milieu services and defines the goals and scope of services offered.
-Working under the supervision of the CEO and the Board, collaborates in implementing and developing policies and procedures that guide and support client care, treatment, staff development, education, and services. Leads and coordinates clinical policies and procedures, compliance and review.
-Reviews programs to achieve best utilization of resources.
B. Takes a leadership role in planning and managing processes to measure, assess and improve the organizations programs and clinical services, while minimizing risk. Member of PI Committee.
C. Manages programs compliance to regulatory and accreditation standards. Oversees compliance with State Regulations / Agencies, Joint Commission & NEASC standards and survey coordination.
D. Takes a leadership role in Staff Development processes and practices, including being a lead trainer.
E. Functions on the Management team and supports the CEO in Board reporting. May participate in Board Meetings and Committees, as assigned by the CEO.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST- Full Time
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Coordinator of Organizational Excellence (COE), the IT Coordinator is required to provide IT support to staff and students, and work in collaboration with our contracted managing IT Firm (CMITF). This position is expected to demonstrate strong technical aptitude necessary to adapt with the rapidly changing technology with minimal supervision. The position requires someone who is a team player, self-directed with the ability to prosper in a changing environment and has a desire to patiently help people solve their technology issues. Good communication and some leadership skills are essential in this role.
DUTIES
• Manage Windows devices and Chromebooks, server applications, cloud-based services, printers, desk phones, and portable devices in the support of the CMITF and other 3rd party vendors.
• Receive helpdesk calls and resolve questions and issues via telephone, remote support, email and/or in-person.
• Responsible for computer, printers, telephone network and other electronic device installs and upgrades in collaboration with the CMITF.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting Windows servers and networking components.
• Maintain inventory of installed software, hardware and follow proper procedures for the disposal of electronic assets.
• Maintain IT documentation procedures, standards, best practices, settings, installation sequences.
• Participate in hardware and software evaluations/reviews and recommend purchases to the COE.

Immediate Opening- Maintenance Assistant
Looking for a candidate who can begin work between 8 and 8:30am, Monday through Friday.
Will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Environmental Manager with all facility related needs of Wellspring and the Arch Bridge School. May be responsible for supporting and coordinating aspects of preventive maintenance and repairs, and on call coverage. This will include hands on tasks, working with outside vendors, reporting any health or safety items, and outside lawn care. Ideal candidate is team player, hardworking, with basic working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, vehicles, wells, septic systems, sprinkler systems, and general carpentry.
Carpentry skills and experience are a plus for this position.
Must be able to lift 50lbs, perform repetitive motions, and climb ladders up to two story height. Must have experience/knowledge and comfort with use of lawn mowers, power washers, and carpentry tools and have a comfort level working around animals. Must maintain current driver’s license.

Office Assistant-Part Time
Wellspring and the Arch Bridge School is seeking a part time Office Assistant that will be stationed at the main receptionist desk in Administration. The position will provide receptionist coverage Fridays from 9am-5pm, with the expectation to cover additional shifts as needed and available.
The part time Office Assistant’s main responsibility will be the coverage of the administration reception desk but will also work in compliment with the school secretary. Duties include front desk coverage, answering phone calls, sorting mail, and providing administrative support for all administration departments, services, and residential and school programs.
Cross training will provided to ensure vacation and sick day coverage for administrative and school receptionist positions.
In addition to our scheduled need for coverage on Fridays, coverage for additional shifts are mostly planned in advance but can be last minute. It is anticipated that the additional coverage needs will not exceed 380 extra hours per year.
The ideal candidate has the freedom to be flexible with scheduling and will possess a friendly yet confident nature with a strong customer service background to ensure appropriate connection with our clients, their families and Wellspring staff. The ideal candidate will also have the willingness to assist with projects and an enthusiasm to learn new things outside of the realm of the listed responsibilities. The Physical Education Teacher for the Arch Bridge School will provide physical education for our school programs covering middle and high school grades. Scheduling for the PE classes is flexible. The part time PE Teacher can provide PE classes during one full day, or over partial days. This will be discussed with those selected for interview.

Adolescent Girls and Adult Women Residential Treatment Program
Wellspring is seeking an experienced and energetic licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psy.D, or PhD) who is interested in an opportunity to work in a high nurture, long-term therapeutic residential program serving adolescent girls and adult women in a peaceful private school environment.
Job includes individual, group and family therapies for residential students, participation in our therapeutic programming and collaborating with members of both the clinical and educational teams. Supportive collegial supervision with a flexible schedule.
The caseload is five or less clients and their families. Overnight Residential (Milieu) Counselors PART Time Overnight FLOAT (30hrs): Coverage is needed in all three of our residential programs to help cover scheduled leave and other coverage needs. We are seeking to hire an overnight counselor who each will provide three designated overnight shifts per week and work across all three residential programs. Floaters will be allowed to accept other open shifts on a per diem basis. Three -10hr shifts:9:45pm to 7:45am. Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights. This part time position is eligible for our full health and paid time off benefit package. Paid time off is 6 weeks (180 hrs.) in the first year and increases with years of service.

An earned BA/BS in Psychology or related field is preferred. Will accept two-year degree (or equivalent – i.e. minimum 60 credit hours earned) with experience working in a therapeutic field. Prior experience working with adolescent girls or adult women is desirable. We are able to consider candidates who might be short on the educational requirement but have some depth of experience.
Salary and Benefits:
$18 per hour (base hourly rate), plus shift differentials for weekend and overnight hours. Overnight and weekend differentials are $2/hr. each. Shift differentials can add $2/hr. to $4/hr. to the base rate. Weekday overnight shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) are compensated at a minimum of $20/hr. Weekend overnight shifts (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) are compensated at $22/hr.)
