Licensed Adolescent Therapist
Wellspring is seeking a compassionate and experienced Full Time Licensed Therapist to join our adolescent behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to our population of adolescents. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy. The Therapist will play a vital role in supporting clients and collaborating with the clinical team, while adhering to clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations. Experience with specialized areas such as disordered eating, autism spectrum disorders, and borderline personality disorders is highly valued.
Who we are:
The adolescent girls who come to Wellspring typically present with issues that stem from, but are not limited to: victimization, anxiety disorders, PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, adoption issues and substance use in partial remission. Interest and experience with these issues and family systems is desired. In addition, experience with specialized areas such as disordered eating, autism spectrum disorders, and borderline personality disorders is highly valued.
Experience:
- Proven experience in mental health counseling or clinical social work within residential setting
- Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, and trauma-focused interventions
- Experience working with diverse populations including children & family counseling
- Telehealth experience is preferred; candidates should be comfortable delivering remote therapy sessions using secure platforms.
- Ability to handle crisis situations effectively while maintaining professional ethical guidelines in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Senior Clinical Director
Wellspring is seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and mission-driven Senior Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership across our therapeutic and educational programs. This is a senior management position, reporting directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for supporting clinical excellence, strengthening therapeutic practice, supervising licensed clinicians, and helping guide the continued evolution of Wellspring’s programs and services.
The Senior Clinical Director will provide leadership, consultation, and oversight to licensed therapists and clinical staff across the organization. This position will help ensure that clinical services are consistent with Wellspring’s mission, philosophy, and core values while also promoting high standards of clinical care, professional growth, and accountability.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned clinical leader who is energized by the opportunity to mentor clinicians, strengthen treatment approaches, support interdisciplinary collaboration, and advance clinical excellence across programs. This individual should be comfortable working as part of a management team and contributing to organizational planning, program development, quality improvement, and clinical decision-making.

Experience with these populations, in addition to Autism Spectrum Disorders and eating disorders, as well as a strong grounding in trauma-informed care, attachment-based work, and family systems, is strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Experience supervising licensed clinicians and supporting multidisciplinary teams strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in adolescent and young adult mental health, trauma-informed care, family systems, psychodynamic treatment, and complex clinical presentations.
- Strong communication, teaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance clinical depth with practical leadership, sound judgment, and organizational collaboration.
- Experience with public speaking, training, program development, or clinical teaching is a plus.

Per Diem Residential Milieu Counselor
We are seeking dedicated and passionate per diem Milieu Counselors for our Adolescent and Adult Campus. This position will involve providing Milieu Support to residents, and assisting in various aspects of their daily programs.

- To support the milieu, in a non-institutional, family modeled setting, with the ability to be personally responsive to the residents in your care.

- Assist, as a team member to clinical staff, to provide a structured environment with professional supervision of daily activities to counteract the debilitating effects of internal emotional disorders the residents are facing.

Kitchen Coordinator
The Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for preparing nutritious and appealing meals for adolescent residents in a safe, supportive residential environment, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards and Department of Public Health regulations. This role ensures that meals meet dietary guidelines, accommodate special needs, and contribute to a positive mealtime experience that supports the health and well-being of residents.

- Plan menus and prepare all daily meals, serving, lunch, and snacks, and provide guidance to program staff for dinner preparation, all in accordance with nutrition standards and program guidelines.
- Accommodate special dietary needs, food allergies, and cultural or religious preferences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, adhering to all sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory for frozen, refrigerated and dry stores; order supplies and manage kitchen equipment responsibly, maintaining cost control and adherence to the approved budget.
- Collaborate with program staff to schedule meals and ensure timely service.
- Teach basic nutrition and healthy eating habits when appropriate.
- Follow all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive residential environment.
- Assist with kitchen-related events or educational activities for residents as needed.
- Follow dietary guidelines, update the dietary manual in consultation with the nutritionist, and adapt menus to meet the needs of residents.

The HR Generalist – Recruitment and Onboarding is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract, hire, and retain qualified talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to anticipate staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive, efficient candidate and new hire experience. Collaborates with program leadership to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Ensures vacant positions are filled in an efficient and timely manner. - Administers an effective training curriculum for all employees to satisfy regulations while improving the workforce’s knowledge base and abilities.
- Collects, utilizes and stores applicant and employee information in a way that ensures all safeguards and avoids risk of inappropriate sharing of information.
