COUNSELORS – Per Diem Coverage Adult Residential Program

$12- $14/hr base rate plus an hourly Per Diem Incentive ($2/hr)

Entry level floor coverage for residential adult program. Per Diem positions available. Various shifts/days, especially evening, overnight & weekend. Floor coverage staff works with clinical team to provide a safe and healthy environment. Establishing/maintaining boundaries & healthy relationships, observing resident’s patterns of behavior and communicating pertinent information, and applying appropriate aspects of our overall therapeutic model are key duties of this position. Shift differentials are paid in addition to hourly rate. Requirements: Associates degree with 2 yrs experience required. BA/BS preferred. Experience working with adults. Experience/knowledge of one or more of the following is a plus: depression, borderline personality disorder, substance abuse, and/or eating disorders.
