Part or Full-Time Position with benefits, competitive salary.
Seeking a Resource Development professional with past success in fund development and outreach, and an understanding of the CT fund development landscape, and with the ability to ascertain potential for fundraising from government, foundations and individuals, to develop plans, to conduct fundraising, marketing and community/public relations programs, and to develop good will and maintain accountability in all aspects. The Director will supervise marketing efforts/staff. Must be flexible, creative and outgoing. Full or part time commitment will be considered. Seeking to appoint the right candidate as soon as possible, some flexibility in start date. Compensation competitive and based on commitment.
Psychiatrist
A part-time Fee-for-Service position. Competitive salary.
Needed to support residential program for young adults and adults. Med management, Psych assessments. 50-70% dual diagnosis, including major depression/anxiety disorders, SA history-post detox, Borderline Personality and Eating disorders. Experience with children and families a plus.
Milieu Counselors
Associates Degree or 60 earned College credits with experience required. BA/BS preferred
Currently, we are seeking to fill a few floor coverage positions and are also in the process of building a strong Per Diem pool of floor coverage counselors for both year round and holiday/school break/summer support.
Our Milieu Counselor position is an entry level position and is available in all of our programs. Experience in/knowledge of one or more of the following diagnoses is a plus: attachment disorder, eating disorders, substance abuse, depression, borderline personality disorder, and post traumatic stress disorder. We are now accepting applicants with a two-year degree, or 60 college credits completed, who have experience working in a therapeutic field. Prior experience working with one or more of the age groups that we serve is desirable, but not required.
Permanent positions with benefits:
- Milieu Counselor I, overnights.
We are seeking either a fulltime (40hrs/wk) or part time (30hrs/wk) overnight counselor for our Childrens Residential program.
Salary: $11.30 to $12.00 per hour plus health benefits and holidays and paid time off.
A shift differential of $1.00 per hour is added to overnight and weekend hours. This is a Non-Exempt position and, per federal and state labor laws, is eligible for overtime compensation for every hour worked over 40 per week - Milieu Counselor I, mixed schedule, weekday and weekend day and evening shifts.
We are seeking to fill one position for either 35 or 40hrs/week in our Adolescent Girls Residential program.
Salary: $11.30 to $12.00 per hour plus health benefits and holidays and paid time off
A shift differential of $1.00 per hour is added to overnight and weekend hours. This is a Non-Exempt position and, per federal and state labor laws, is eligible for overtime compensation for every hour worked over 40 per week - Milieu Counselor I, mixed schedule, weekday and weekend day and evening shifts.
We are seeking to fill one position for 20hrs/week in our Adolescent Girls Residential program
This position does not provide health benefits.
Salary: $11.30 to $12.00 per hour plus holidays and paid time off
A shift differential of $1.00 per hour is added to overnight and weekend hours. This is a Non-Exempt position and, per federal and state labor laws, is eligible for overtime compensation for every hour worked over 40 per week.
Milieu Counselors – Per Diem
Per Diem Coverage: Per Diems are scheduled as needed. We are seeking to fill gaps in all shifts and all days of the week, we are especially interested in candidates that are available evenings, overnights and weekends. Qualified candidates who can commit to an overnight, or weekend, shift once, or more, per each two-week payroll period will be given priority consideration.
Salary: $11.30 to $12.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour Per Diem Incentive added to base pay.
A shift differential of $1.00 per hour is added to overnight and weekend hours. This is a Non-Exempt position and, per federal and state labor laws, is eligible for overtime compensation for every hour worked over 40 per week.

Salary: Competitive + $2 per hour Per Diem Incentive added to base pay. Shift differentials paid in addition to hourly rate.
Our residential programs for children, adolescent girls, and adults continuously interview nurses. Some of the presenting diagnoses are attachment disorder, eating disorders, substance abuse, depression, borderline personality disorder, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. Seeking to fill gaps in a variety of shifts and days. Especially interested in evening, overnight, and weekend coverage. LPN or RN required. Experience with residential programs helpful but not required.
